1. Digital Products & Training Programs
Since our workshops, courses, training programs, recordings, downloadable resources, certifications, and digital materials are delivered digitally, all purchases are generally considered final.
2. Refund Policy
Once a participant has successfully registered and received access to the workshop, course materials, recordings, community access, digital resources, or bonus content, no refund requests will be entertained.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to attend live sessions.
- Lack of usage of course materials.
- Personal scheduling conflicts.
- Failure to achieve expected results.
- Technical issues on the user’s side.
3. Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration before receiving access to the workshop or digital resources by contacting our support team.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Duplicate Payments
In the event of an accidental duplicate payment for the same workshop or course, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
5. Event Rescheduling
Insider Skill reserves the right to reschedule workshop dates due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or operational requirements.
Participants will be notified in advance regarding any schedule changes.
6. Exceptional Cases
Any refund request arising from exceptional circumstances may be reviewed solely at the discretion of Insider Skill management.
Approval or rejection of such requests shall be final.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used during registration.
